Incident Report

Any employee may report without fear to any manager in the company about an event that in his opinion should be brought to the attention of the management of the body to which the information relates and is worthy of investigation by it and that may cause any kind of damage to the company, its employees or bodies related to it. Such events may include events that have occurred, are occurring or are about to occur, allegedly, at the workplace or in connection with the company's activities. On a safety hazard, exposure of hazards and raising concerns about things that have the potential to threaten the safety or security of aircraft, passengers, employees, facilities, systems, equipment or an unsafe working method of any employee.
